Bodhi's only aiming for a modicum of dignity here. At Luke's voice he makes a show of marking his place on the page he was blankly staring at. He's resisted the urge to pull his hood up or curl into a ball in the chair. Normal person doing normal things here.

It's not rare for Bodhi to forget about greetings, but usually he starts in the middle of a friendly conversation that already started in his head. "So. Um, I don't know what... Is there something I should d-do, or..."
